MST3K Tuesdays: Overdrawn at the Memory Bank

In 1983 WNET (PBS New Jersey) had the idea to make a series of science fiction films. The misguided attempt led to three horrible films. One of these was immortalized by the MST3K  folks. Overdrawn at the Memory Bank is a strange and horrible piece of video taped shame on Raul Julia’s hit and miss filmography.

With special effects that were even scoffed at in the early 80’s, bad acting, and a plot line that is at best inadvertently hilarious, this adaptation of John Varley’s short story was practically custom made for ridicule. That being said, I give you Overdrawn at the Memory Bank.
